City Art and Architecture
They say that the presence of art and culture in a city is the barometer of its soul. Hastings is an inspiring example of modern art and sculpture sitting comfortably alongside historically important architecture.
City Assist Ambassadors
The City Assist team in the purple t'shirts and wide brimmed hats, have been patrolling the streets of Hastings since October 2013, and have already made a huge difference to the feel of the city. They’re quick on the scene to sort out any unruly behaviour or help answer questions for passers by.
City Stage Performances
A central feature of the Hastings CBD is the Performance Platform. The Performance Platform is a brilliant space to showcase local talent, and is used regularly for events within the city.
Albert Square
An amazing, versatile space for performance, markets or just reading a book in the sun! This wonderful inner city greenspace has a stage that lowers down for all types of performance, including a basic lighting and sound system which can be booked by comminuty groups or performers.
