Susan McDade - General Manager
I love helping people. For over 20 years I have worked in various roles in management, customer service and sales positions. During this time I have been fortunate to have worked for organisations that have understood the benefits of service and sales training to their bottom line. These experiences have entrenched my commitment to my career in business.
Working to help change the business landscape of Hastings City has been one of the most rewarding and challenging roles I have undertaken and it is hugely satisfying to start to see results.
Andrea Taaffe - Events & Promotions Manager
Andrea has over 20 years experience in marketing, promotions and events and brings this knowledge to the Association with passion and enthusiasm.
Andrea spent over ten years at the Hawke's Bay Opera House as well as her own events contracting business and for the past 6 years delivering events and promotions for the Hastings City Business Association. In this time she has seen the organization change positively, becoming very member focused and developing the Vibrancy of this amazing city.
Kelly Nolan - marketing & Membership Coordinator
Kelly comes to Hastings by way of Auckland and a career in Television Broadcasting, but she'd like you to not hold that against her. After breaking away from the lights of the big city she found herself working at Hawke's Bay Tourism spreading the gospel of Hawke's Bay. Now happily settled in Hastings, Kelly is loving bringing the passion she has for Hawke's Bay to the Hastings CBD.
