The festival starts from 10am with live music, street performers and FREE carnival rides! Plus heaps more family fun in Landmarks Square and Albert Square.

Get ready, Hastings – the Blossom Parade is back, and this year we’re celebrating a milestone: 75 Years of Blossom, celebrating Hastings’ Past, Present and Future.
For generations, the Blossom Parade has been a joyful springtime tradition, showcasing the creativity, culture and community spirit that make Hastings unique. Local businesses, schools, whānau, artists, and groups of all kinds have taken part and the legacy continues.
This year is all about celebrating the people, stories and colour that have shaped our city. Whether you’re entering a float, performing, or cheering from the kerb, you’re helping to carry on a vibrant tradition that’s as alive and proud as ever.
Parade entries get a chance to win a share of the $10,000 prize pool, so it’s time to rally your crew, get inspired, and show off what makes your place in Hastings special. Let’s make this year’s parade one to remember!
